Not for you. Whatever price you subscribe at is the price you keep. Standard pricing after the launch window will be higher, and the waitlist is how you get in before that.
Yes. Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro, no card needed. When it ends you drop to the free plan, not to a locked screen, and everything you added is still there.
Only the ones Eva joins. You can create a call link and take the call yourself as often as you like, on any plan, and that costs nothing. The hours are for calls where Eva is in the room: she records, transcribes, decides how it went, pulls out the tasks and fills in the client's record. That's the part with a real cost behind it, so that's the part that's counted.
Because recording and transcribing a call has a real cost per hour, and "unlimited" would mean quietly charging everyone for the few. Pro comes with 12 hours a month, which covers a full week of client calls for most solo practices, and you'll see your usage plainly.
Eva tells you before you get there. Once the hours are used, she stops joining calls until the month turns over, and you can still create the call link without her. Nothing else stops: your leads, clients, tasks and notes carry on as normal.
No. There are no seats, no add-ons and no usage bills. Free is $0 and Pro is $29 a month, and that's the whole price list.
Any time, from Settings. Pro runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then you're on Free with everything still there. Nothing is deleted when you stop paying.
