Pro is $29 a month for your first 12 months if you subscribe between 15 October and 31 December 2026. After those 12 months it moves to $39 a month, the standard price. We'll tell you at least 30 days before it changes, so you have time to decide or cancel. We won't change a price quietly.
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day trial of Pro, no card needed. It includes the morning briefing, nudges and your booking page, with 3 hours of calls Eva joins and 300 messages across the whole trial. When it ends you move to the free plan, not to a locked screen, and everything you added is still there.
Only the ones Eva joins. You can still take any call yourself, on any plan, as often as you like. Eva just isn't there, so it isn't recorded or transcribed, and it doesn't get added to your client or lead records. The hours are for calls where Eva is in the room: she records, transcribes, writes up how it went, pulls out the tasks and fills in the client's record.
Because recording and transcribing a call has a real cost for every hour, and "unlimited" would mean quietly charging everyone for the few. Pro includes 12 hours a month and the free plan includes 1 hour a month, and you'll see your usage plainly.
Eva tells you before you get there. Once the hours are used, you can still take your calls, but Eva won't join, so they won't be recorded or transcribed, or added to your client or lead records, until the month turns over. Nothing else stops: your leads, clients, tasks and notes carry on as normal.
No. There are no seats, no add-ons and no top-up packs. Free is $0, and Pro is $29 a month for your first 12 months, then $39. That's the whole price list.
Any time, from Settings. Pro runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then you're on the free plan with everything still there. Nothing is deleted when you stop paying.
