After many conversations with solo coaches, one problem kept coming up: everything is scattered across different apps, and most of those apps are built for teams, not for one person running a business alone.
So I set out to build something made for them. The response so far has been encouraging. Coaches have been excited to see it exist, because it’s something they’ve wanted. We’re improving it every week and getting ready to serve more people.

Yes. Eva joins the call as a visible participant, so nothing is happening secretly. Recording consent rules vary by country, and telling people you're recording is both the decent thing and, in many places, the legal one. Evatin doesn't do covert recording and won't.
Your account is yours alone. Every record is scoped to you, and nobody else using Evatin can see any of it. Eva reads your data to answer your questions, and only ever your data. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to advertise to you.
The transcript is stored so Eva can use it and you can search it. The recording itself is not kept, it's cleared from the recording service within two days of the call. You can erase any transcript yourself, set how long transcripts are kept, export everything, or delete your account entirely.
No. Your calls and records are used to run Eva for you, and for nothing else.
You paste the Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams link into Evatin and she joins it like any other participant. There's no plugin to install and nothing your client has to do.
Eva automatically processes the call, reading the transcript, updating the lead or client, and pulling out anything you promised to do as tasks. But you decide what happens after that: review the notes she's written, and make any edits you want.
Filing a call, yes, that's the point. Anything else she wants to do, like adding a task or setting a reminder, she proposes first and waits for you to approve it. Every action she takes is logged where you can see it.
Yes, on Pro. You get a booking page with your own link to share wherever people find you. They pick a day and time in their own time zone and tell you what they'd like help with. Each booking arrives as a lead and a call on your calendar, and Eva joins it if you've added your meeting link. They get a confirmation email with a calendar invite, and two people can never book the same time.

No. Add people as you speak to them, the next call you take with an existing client fills in their record the same way a brand-new lead's would. If you're migrating from another system, we're working on making that easier over time.
